Did you have your baby on the planned due date?

Or even like a day or two off? I don’t mean if you had a planned c-section because of obvious reasons but I’m interested in how many doctors have gotten it right…or at least pretty close.
I meant the date the docs gave you. I’m aware of the normal gestational period but they give you a date anyhow…I was wondering if it was ever accurate.

I think they were accurate w/ my sons due date, even though they just guessed it from checking his development in a ultrasound. I can’t be 100% sure cos he was almost 3 weeks late but he was outgrowing his home and running low on fluids>emergency cesarean. That wouldnt happen if he wasnt late right? My nat. american super-superstious mom says if the moon doesnt call, the baby wont come on its own no matter how many weeks it is. hope this helps. good luck to you.
