How much should you charge a private event planner by the hour?

I'm trying to create my own event planning company private in Colorado and I'm not sure what you pay for my services. In the past, I work with pro-corporate teams and also worked as private wedding planner in South California. I am thinking of working private parties, club openings, birthday parties and so on, but due to the diversity of my services, I believe they should charge by the hour with face packs. What is a good hourly rate for a private event planner with experience?
